1. Delivery and Shipment Information

Substantiated supplies (e.g. goods, hardware, or print media) will be shipped to the customer by means of a transport service provider, usually UPS, DHL or FEDex. All deliveries are made Ex-Works (EXW, Kamp-Lintfort, Germany, Incoterms 2010).

When choosing an transport provider, please make sure that your reception address enables the provider to deliver your items. Postboxes, Packstations or other non personal reception locations are not suitable for a UPS/FEDex services, a physical ddress with a receptionist if highly recommended. IMST reserves the right to choose an suitable transport provider in these cases.

Software deliveries are made available either by provision of individual download links or by electronic transmission of a data file by e-mail, free of charge.

2. Delivery and Shipment Costs

All web shop product prices shown are exclusive of applicable shipping costs. For shipping a commercially viable option in view of freight costs, delivery time, delivery location, and the weight or volume is selected.

Shipping costs will be shown throughout the puchase process before ordering.

For worldwide shipping (and higher weights/volumes) related transportation and shipping costs are specifically identified. They will be communicated to the customer in advance to decide, and requested for payment when the final order is made.

§ 4 Delivery and Shipment (see GTB Online-Shop)

Delivery is at the expense of the customer and with regard to the customer’s delivery address named in the order. The cost and type of shipment will be communicated to the customer when the order is placed. Transportation cost will be reported separately within the order.

Any import duties / federal or regional taxes or taxes for deliveries abroad are at the customers responsibility. IMST provides all relevant documentation required for such deliveries.
