- Grundlagen der 3D-EM-Simulation: Einführung in die Finite-Differenzen-Zeitbereichsmethode / FDTD-Methode. Was ist zu beachten, um zuverlässige und genaue Ergebnisse zu erhalten?
- Anwendungsbeispiele für 3D-EM-Simulation: Antennen, HF-Komponenten, gedruckte Schaltungen, Hohlleiter, MEMS, EMV, LTCC-Multilayer
- Übungen am Rechner: Struktureingabe und Import vorhandener Geometrien, Wahl von Randbedingungen, Festlegung des Frequenzbereichs, Anregung und Simulationsgitter, Design-Rule-Check, Simulation und Auswertung
- Spezielle Features in EMPIRE: Torbibliothek, Layout-Import, Mehrtorberechnung, Resonanzschätzung, Fernfeldtransformation,
The seminar is intended to be held in German language. However, if the majority of the participants is outside of DACH - Germany, Autria, Switzerland -, IMST reserves the right to change the seminar language to English.

Cancellation Fees:
- No cancellation fee until 10 days before seminar date.
- 20% cancellation fee until seminar date.
The lecturing organisation reserves the right to cancel the event, if there is an insufficient interest by less than 5 participants until May 31st, 2019. The funds will be reimbursed in full to the already registered participants then.
